@christianvh and I wandered over to where the fishermen were for these. We scored points for keeping them out of our area. Except there were dead things in our area and I had to cut and run before I puked. Nothing like a dead shark on a black rock being baked by the sun. BLEK. But when you see an image you power through.

They are really nice. I think youve pushed Christian out of his normal poses zoe. I like these a lot. The ones with the sand to but these shapes and contrasts are great.

Truly stunning. Number 3 is almost dizzying. The perspective and how the clouds view make it it almost feel as if one does not know what is up or down. and number 1. so beautiful it brings tears to my eyes.

i used to shoot images like #3 religiously. you know how you sort of get into a rut of taking the same type of picture? it loses the love a little so seeing them through other people’s eyes is appreciative. i’m more in love with the beach images i suppose because it’s new to me. @billysheahan @carsonz i think @christianvh looks incredibly strong in the image.
I like these as well. Probably like the beach ones more for the same reason. 3 & 4 make me uncomfortable cause my butt is all in them & I’ve just usually been shy about shooting that way. In that sense you did push me. There’s probably several thesis’s been done about good art making you uncomfortable so I wont go on about that dynamic but this does that for me lol.
I didn’t know you had butt issues. So it isn’t just a girl thing? I’ll let my old photographer friend Bryce know because he’s got way too many butt images of me that I was all self conscious about. haha. So I totally get that. I don’t see your butt in these images myself. I see light and shadow and muscle tone. 🙂 But I am happy you are comfortable with them. That is really all that matters.
